is a video production company founded by dyanamic Husband/Wife duo - SF native Jason Joseffer and Elizabeth Howe.

With 20+ years of experience filming in the Bay Area and around the globe, Jason and Elizabeth bring a wealth of knowledge, creativity and innovative work style and also a vast network of some of the most skilled crew around the bay.

ABOUT JASON:

Cinematography is a true passion of Jasons and he feels fortunate to have found such a stimulating career. He finds every aspect of filmmaking fascinating, from the collaboration of artists to the science of optics and light.

Jason’s job is to help the director define visual language. Filmmaking is a collaboration and it brings great satisfaction to assemble a talented crew who enables visual storytelling. It’s Jasons job to help create a calm and comfortable space for actors to open-up and feel free to embody characters. Jason feels that overcoming obstacles, solving problems and discovering art is the best part of his job.

Jason has also always been a do-it yourself person, believing in the sense of pride and satisfaction in creating something. He builds his own camera parts, re-house vintage lenses and hope, one day, to design and grind his own optics. He believes in the personal touch and the power of fusing one’s energy into the craft. Gaffer, Yann Duarte, once told Jason, “The great films are comprised of many small details, and it’s the small details that make great film.” These words resonate encouraging experimentation, taking-chances, bold decisions and tending to every detail no matter how big or small.

ABOUT ELIZABETH

Elizabeth has an eclectic work history that has allowed her to enter the film industry with a variety of interests and talent. . Elizabeth started her film career as Jason’s boom operator in college at UC Santa Cruz. From there, she got a Masters fo Science in Ethnobotany, managed 30 farmers markets in the Bay Area. recieved a degree in clinical herbalism while simultaneously starting a teleprompter operation business called Insight Prompting. As Insight Prompting grew, she expanded into editing and producing. She and Jason directed and filmed an extensive microdoc series for Mode Media that has several million views on Youtube.

As lead producer, Elizabeth is fastidious, ethical, organized and crafty and particularly enjoys helping artists, companies and business owners bring their project to life with help from start to finish.
